I am experienceing the same issue with a users' machine
that I support. I cannot find any resolution to this
issue from the system tools. I am logged onto the
machine as a system admin and cannot access msconfig
either with the following error => Thisd operation has
been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.
The computer is runningWindows XP Home edition
