Hi,
Hi, I have windows xp pro sp1 and I'm rather pleased with
it. The problem is that out of the blue when accessing a
folder on my computer, or accesing a folder on network or
deleting a file or any simple procedure the windows
explorer gets stuck for few seconds and than restarts
itself. The systray (task bar) dissapears, all icons
dissaper and after 2 secondes there they are again. I
don't get any error message, no proccess gets lost, no
programs close, all windows that were open come back but
as well as all proccesses but windows explorer just
restarts itself as if it encountered a problem and needed
to restart the proccess. It can happen to me few times a
day or it can go without any problem for a week. By the
way it's not resources problem or anything, cause I have
a 1GB of RAM and some 600MB are free :) I wanted to know
why this happens, if anyone of you encountered this and
if there's a way to solve this problem. If it helps
anything I keep my system constantly updated via windows
update and the problem started before I ever installed
any updates to the windows.
Thanx, Goran
