Does not recieve msn messages on occasion

Hey guys, I'm just wondering about a problem I've been having the past week
or so. Some ppl on my contact list try to send me instant messages but they
can't. (cannot send to all contacts..) kind of warning. It'll happen random,
even in the middle of a chat.
Even after I sign out, exit my msn and restart it, the problem would still
occur. If I switch to web msn, it would still happen, contacts still have
trouble sending me IM's once and while. I reinstalled / repaired Messenger,
still no luck.
Any ideas as to whats wrong and how I can fix it?

I'm not sure, but this may be a Microsoft problem. Someone else is
