Outlook sending not receiving

Hi,
I can send mail but not receive mail, this is the
error message The connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'pop.esatclear.ie (1)',
Server: 'pop.esatclear.ie', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E. Can anyone help please.

Looks like maybe something set the POP account differently. Click on =
tools, accounts, then click the "properties" button, then the "servers" =
tab. Besure the outgoing, and incoming have the same address as =
'pop.esatclear.ie' (no quotes). Notice you have a (1) in the "Account" =
listing?
