Hi,

I would suggest you to check your vedio card and monitor.
First, make sure the vedio card is properly and firmly
seated into the AGP slot.
Secondly, make sure the connection cable is firmly
connected on both ends and ensure the cable is still in
good condition.
If you still have the same problem after the above
checking, try download and update the latest XP compatible
drivers from the vedio card manufacturer's website.
Also try to connect your monitor to other PC to ascertain
whether the problem is caused by the monitor itself.

Hope it helps.

Peter

When mine starts jumping I put a heavy object such as a
brick or cinder block on top of the monitor.
