Email Address Not Verified

I use Windows Messenger and this Message "You need to verify your email
address"aggravates me. I go look at complaints with the same problem in the
news groups,but i dont see a "Confirm Now" button anywhere or a "Send
Now"button.

Could you please specifically tell me, numbered step by numbered step,how to
verify my email address
