uninstalling programs

I tryed to uninstall some programs with add and remove pro
and the add and remove with xp.when i try to remove a
program im get this error mess.(cwindows\system32
\cd_clint.dll missing entry:service run dll).how do i fix
this problem. i can't uninstall till i do.please email me
with a soulation .thank you in advance.
