I have a football game on DVD. I want to take highlights from the game and
copy to my hard drive. Then make a highlight video of our whole season. The
DVD was made with a digital video recorder. The whole game takes about 800MB
of the DVD. How do I get it so that each play is say 1MB into say MPEG
format. Currently using Windows Media Player. I can be reached at

You can use third party video editing applications like Cyberlink's
PowerDirector which happily import VOB files and will create MPEG files from
the finished product.
