When I try to install Windows XP I get the following error:

STOP: 0xC0000221 unknown hard error
C:\Winnt\System32\Ntdll.dll

Now I had Windows XP Professional on my computer before
this and I just tried to reinstall it and I recieved this
error. I used a different CD for my initial install than
the CD I used for my reinstall. I figured it must have
been the CD but I tried another WinXP CD my parents had
and I recieved the same error again. I was planning on
buying a new HD soon so I decided now was a good time to
get it. I installed my new HD and tried to install WinXP
on it also, but I recieved the STOP error once again. I
am not sure what is
wrong or what could be wrong at this point.
