i have a problem

for some reason, we can get comcast but real quick we get
these messages which are not pop ups. they say cannot
create c files intermnet explore/chulate, some thing like
that so we have three different people on this computer
each with there own password, but when me and my son get
on we have no problem we are administrator, but my
daughter gets this mess all the time and can not get
on ,so we made her admin then she had no problem. what is
doing this? we have windows xp home, e-machine please
help us we do not want her on as admin
