What is the functional difference between Windows Messenger 5.1 and MSN
Messenger 7.5?
Are they compatible?
Is there any advantage in using either programme?

They are compatible but there are alot of differences, MSN Messenger has alot
more features than the built in Windows Messenger, too may to list here.
