Completely uninstaling Messenger

Hi,

How do I completely remove MSN Messenger from my PC and wipe the slate clean?

I know how to remove it using 'add/remove' programs but when I re-install it
all my old settings are there. I want to start fresh!

the settings arn't stored on ur pc.theyr stored on server at msn.turn on
mesenger and find an options box.or set up new account.
