This error message continually appears on the screen when
i am connected to the internet ...
Windows socket error: Only one usage of each socket
address (protocol/network address/port) is normally
permitted (10048), on API 'bind'.
This pops up every minute and is becoming extremely
annoying... is there anything i can do to stop this
occuring ... other than disconnecting from the internet?
