View Full Version : Windows Explorer trouble

Windows Explorer is giving me a really bad time. It keeps
crashing, randomely and often. I have to keep rebooting. I
tried to use Winnt32.exe to repair, but there was an
error message that said a .dll file was missing. And when
I continued trying to reinstall, the product key was
required. I don't have the product key because Windows
was installed by the manufacturer. The OEM ProductID in
the registry doesn't work. I have no idea what to do. I
will appreciate any help.

WinXP Home Edition
Intel Celeron 2.2 gig-hz processor
60 gig hard drive
512 megs ram
