Application Hang

Hi

I wonder if someone could advise why my laptop (Sony Vaio
PCG-FX702) locks up with no error message and I can't
Ctrl+Alt+Del to get it working again. In Component
Services/Event Viewer/Application - it tells me that
there's an Error with an Application Hang and the
following error message is the latest one I've received:

Hanging application helpctr.exe, version 5.1.2600.1106,
hang module itss.dll, version 5.2.3644.0, hang address
0x0000632a. - I was using Outlook 2002 at the time.

This another that happened earlier this week:

Hanging application , version 0.0.0.0, hang module
hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.


Is there anyone out there that can help me solve this
problem? I would appreciate any help that anyone can
give.
