am ready to sue microsoft.......bought compaq presario
700z laptop from home shopping network in 12/01 with
PREINSTALLED windows xp, corel wp,etc....and have had a
freeze up problem ever since and continuous....whether i
just turn pc on or am in middle of non internet or
internet finction. have spent lots of money on both
continuous hardware and software continuing warranties,
including over 30 hrs on phone with compaq.....doing
everything they say,including recovery disc. even system
restore does not resolve problem.....and they won't pay
to have me ship pc to them it appears that the pre-
installed xp system was made in 10/01...with a glitch
that they say cannot be resolved.....is there anyone out
there who can help me.....i'm a frustrated novice.
