not able to make PS file.

We are in printing industry and recently installed four
IBM intellistation E Pro, we are facing the following
problem with these machines-

We are using Linotronics 560 V3.3 J post script printer
driver for windows NT. We are not able to make PS file
from newly installed Windows XP Professional machine,
whereas we are able to do same from other two workstation
from same lot and same configuration (IBM Intellistation E
Pro/P4) and microsoft XP preloaded. I am also able to make
PS using same ppd for windows NT workstation and Windows
Professional 2000.

Please let me know the solution.
