If I put a CD-R, already formatted, into my drive, and try
to save to it from an application, I get a notice saying I
must get the administrator permission to do it. But I am
the only user. I'd appreciate your help.
I'm using a Compaq laptop with XP, and haven't had a lot
of experience with it.
