I can't install anything on my computer, when I try, it gets to a certain
point and then automatically restarts. I've tried running AVG on it to see if
there is a virus, but when the scan gets to msvcr80.dll, it stops for several
minutes and then autmatically restarts. What can I do? How can I fix this?
I'm really afraid that I have a virus or a corrupted file or something and I
really don't know enough to fix it.
