Volume (C:) has a 12-Bit FAT Partition
Disk Defragmenter does not support 12-Bit FAT Partition to use Dick
Defragmenter you must upgrade to a 16-Bit FAT, FAT 32, or NTFS file system.

This is what show up when I try to defrag the (C) drive. Can anyone help
me, PLEASE!

Thanks Rachel

Is C: the drive on which Windows is installed? If so it can't be FAT12.
FAT12 is used only on drives under 16MB in size.

In My computer, right-click on the drive and choose Properties. What does it
say there under "File System"?

Also, right-click on any shortcut on the desktop, choose Properties, and go
to the General tab. What does it say there under "Size on disk"?
