virus

I did a scan and found 4 infected files.....2 were
deleted...1 was cleaned...1..I was told to delete or
quarantine. I couldn't it came up ..can not locate this
file.

I am having problems accessing anything that needs Java
I went to add or delete programs....Its not listed...I
tried to download again but get microsoft won't
allow...can you help me? Thank You
