Media player issues??? I think!

Before I could play video clips from CMT. com, but now I get a media player
error message. I don't understand what to do to fix this problem. Can you
help?????

Try opening WMP,tools,options,locate and check the box "connect to the
internet",close out or edit the other tabs..
