paper is not aligned up properly when trying to print. roller is catching
right side of paper to pull through wrong.

Usually caused by a previous paper jam and a small piece of paper not being
removed.

Can also be caused by rollers which need cleaning.

Solution #1.... use magnifying glass and flashlight to ensure all previous
paper jam remnants have been removed.

Solution #2.... there is a cleaning solution available at your PC store...

Solution #3... if you feel it's not worth spending $s on, replace the
printer.
