Smart Sound/Quick Track

I am using pinnacle Plus and when I try to iadd music from the built in music
I get an error message that reads (Smart Sound data basecould not be opened
properly.Quick Tracks cannot continue at this time and will close)
I have not had a problem in the past accessing this music .
Is there a solution I can do to correct this?

Reinstall the Pinnacle Plus video editing software.

I did reinstall Pinnacle plus software , but still wasn't able to get the
sound to work
-- Is there something else that will do the trick .
