video driver issues

i re istalled windows a few months back and since the every so often when i
try to play videos off the net or watch live streams i get a fussy red tinged
picture, and i have to reload the video drivers on the packard bell website
restart my pc and all is fine afterwards but after a few days it will all
start again, its beginning to get a bit annoying. i run the driver when i
load it and it automatically saves in its folder but it seems as tho it
erases itself, any ideas? thanks in advance

What graphics card (or chipset) are you using? Is this a notebook or a
desktop?
