No video image

Hi,

When I try to watch video clips on the internet I can hear the sound track
but there is no image. Any ideas on how to rectify this. Running XP Pro with
WMP.

What are the formats of the files you want to watch.... if they are AVI
files, they are compressed. You need to find out with which codec they were
compressed...

Download and install G-Spot and try to find out which codec you actually
need.
