Does anyone know what the reg hack is to disable
automatic private ip addressing in WinXP(Home)?
In Win2K the hack is to add the D_Word Value
IPAutoConfigurationEnabled set to decimal value "0" to
this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip
\Parameters\Interfaces Adapter subkey.
Cf. KB article 220874.
However, there doesn't seem to be a comparable reg hack
for WinXP.
If anybody knows what the hack is I'd appreciate hearing
from you.
Thanks,
