First thing I'd would be to uninstall the program that is
associated with this particular program. Use the
uninstall routine first. If this is a no go, reboot the
computer and hold down F8 before it starts booting. It
will then display a menu, boot into safe mode. You will
then be able to go in and manually delete the folder with
out the error.
