I upgraded Windows ME to Windows XP Pro, keeping old
files and folders. I created only one user as
Administrator under my name.
After I made a mistake, I had to re-install Windows XP as
a fresh version. But I didn't have the old Start Menu, so
I copied it to all users in Documents and Settings.
Every time I created a desktop icon, I got 2 of them. One
from the file itself, the other is not a shortcut but
something from All Users folder. And it is difficult to
delete both of them.
How to fix this problem ?
