help with Altl Ctrl Delete

when i press altl ctrl delete it comes up all weired
like. it us to come up with just the things that i was
doing and it was only like a few things but know it has
like 30 or 40 things on it and its in a diff. view so
how do i put it back to the way it was before

Press ctrl-alt-del When Task Manager Opens select the Applications Tab.

you probably have the ''processes'' tab open, rather than ''applications''.
Try just clicking on the applications tab at the top of the Task Manager
screen
