When attempting to enable hibernation via the Power
Options Control Panel applet, the following error dialog
is displayed.
Power Policy Manager is unable to reserve hibernate file.
The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process.
Unfortunately, it doesn't tell me anything more useful.
