Running XP Home SP2 and all updates, Direct X 9.0c, ATI Radeon 9200SE
(Catalyst 6.4) and FlyTV Platinum/FM (Model LR214).
I have installed Driver 2.2.1.1 and TV Application TVR 3.23 for FlyTV Card
without problem but when I click on the desktop icon the program loads the
LifeView Control Panel but I get the Error Message "Cannot instantiate graph
builder" when it tries to load TV screen.
Any assistance in overcoming this problem appreciated.
