The worm is programmed to limit access to the windows
update website. However...
My problem was that the update would do a quick scan from
0-100% and find no updates, when I knew updates were
there. I looked around and found this link to help with
the update page. Need to select a language and get the
computer date and time correct. This helped me update
and now no RPC shutdowns.
