Huge Problem.....

Hi, everytime I turn on my computer, about 10 minutes in
I get an error message:

NT Authority\Sytem

And then my computer shuts down.....Ive formatted and re-
installed, but the error still comes up.

So I have 2 questions:
1-What is NT Authority\System, what does it mean etc.
2-What do I do to fix this prob?

Im using Windows XP Professional, and have been for a
year or so and this has just started happening.....

Im at my wits end, please help!
