Problem running 'taskkill.cmd' file from Explorer

I am experiencing a problem when running my 'taskkill.cmd' (taskkill /f
/im indii.exe /t) file from either 'Scheduled Task or Explorer, the
'taskkill.cmd' functions properly when run from a command line.

I've created other .cmd file which function as expected.

The reason that I reported the same topic in a different threat is
because

1. I requested a copy of the post and didn't receive it
2. I couldn't find my original post even when I searched for it by my
email address.
