PLEASE HELP!

When I am web browsing, and I scroll down on the croll bar
using my mouse to view the bottom of the page the page
pops right back up!??? I can't scroll down to read or view
anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Doesn't solve/explain your problem, but have you tried the Page
Up/Down keys?
