I frequently receive the message 'Unexpected network
error' when using Lotus Notes on either Windows 2000 or
XP. I have not been able to isoleate the problem as it is
difficult to reproduce on demand. I am using a networked
drive (personal drive) as the location for my Lotus Notes
notedata directory. Apparently my mapped drive drops
periodically sometimes I have a red X but am able to still
open the drive. Other times the Drive mapping has
disappeared as if disconnected. I can quickly remap the
drive, but must reboot to re-establish my Notes connection.
Any insite as to the cause of this issue would be greatly
appreciated.
