Autoupdate from Local Machine

I am using Windows XP Professional. I just install XP and
downloaded all the patches down to my local harddrive. I
there an autoupdate feature I can using XP to look at my
local downloaded files to update the OS? If not, how do I
determine which patches to install in what order?
