Problems with Remote Asistence

I cant't opne thge remote asistence it says: "The current settings prevent
you from the Remote Asistence". How can I change this settings?

Greetings,

You need to click Start, then right-click My Computer, choose Properties, click the Remote
tab, and make sure that 'Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer'
is checked.
