blurred video

[tolken64]

i have a sony digital handycam. video looks fine on the camera but when i
capture it to wmm it comes up all blurry. never had the prob before? plz help

How are you capturing? Best to use firewire.
What format are you capturing to, best is dv-avi, wmv is compressed and can
go down to very small files for pocket pc's etc....
