VERY low resolution

Hello:
I've problem with VERY low resolution I don't how.......but when yesterday
I saw the my comp resolution changed. I tried to ajdust but I cann't it's
has correct video card setting driver everything.. I tried to reinstall but
no luck......It has winxp SP1, Dell dimension 4500S, recently I didn't
change any thing.......any idea? How can I restore my original setting? I
don't want to crash this .......cas it's my mail server.....or I receivd
/Send emails.
