Mpg menu

I have converted some avi files to ..mpg. They amount to 4 episodes
of a T.V.series. I would like to burn these onto 1 DVD disc and put a
menu in so that when played on a DVD/VCDcommercial player I can pick
which of the episodes I want to watch.

Does anyone know of a program that can do this?

WinDVD Creator, PowerDirector, Roxio, Nero.... almost any decent video
editing application can do it.
