my fax

my fax would work some times when it stoped working i hade to delet every
thing than restart than go to controlpanal go to fax and printers than click
on add fax this worked most of the time but now when i click on add fax
nothing happens at all. HELP

i fixed it by reformating my hard drive thanks

Rather a lot to go through.
For future reference, never try to fix fax problems by removing and
reinstalling the Fax Service. That's a recipe for disaster. It will barely
install even once for most people, but usually not again.
