This isn't much help, Autumn, but I also was up until the
small hours of the morning with exactly the same
problem. I had turned off my virus software but my
firewalls were still up. I also looked in the programs
list under "Add or Remove Programs"and it looked like it
downloaded but the "automatic set-up" didn't start. So
it's there, just not set-up.
My question to whomever has a answer to this, should I
run a system restore and then figure out what I need to
do to complete the install? Removing any sort of Windows
component scares me, set-up or not, but manually running
set-up scares me equally as much. Help.
