Have you received any great tip. I have the same problem,
did try the same solution (norton antivirus), downloaded
the Fix tool from Norton and after running for a while the
tool sends out a message...has encountered a problem and
will shut off...
I will let you know if I can get something to work but
please let me know if you are successful.
