When I use the soft power button or shutdown windows xp
from the desktop, the computer automatically re-starts
itself after about 40 seconds. I've disabled automatic re-
start already but problem persists.
I remember this occuring on another system I built. My
fix was to un-check the option in XP that says "allow this
computer to act as a server". However, I've forgotten
where to find that option. Can anyone help.
