How do i re enable administrator password once i have diasbled it. the
control userpassword wont let me.

need help desapartley

Have you tried doing it from user accounts in Control Panel?

I would try this ;-

Start, Run, then type 'lusrmgr.msc' to start the local user and group
snap-in.

You can then deal with local users and groups, in your case the
administrator.
