How to regain access to my messenger/email account???

Hello, I recently had someone hack into my email account/messenger account
and change my passwords, is there a way i can regain access to both my email
and my messenger?? I need the access for my job!!! ASAP.
If anyone has any info on how i can do this please email me at my new
