Every time I try to play a video say the Today Show on MSN or IE I get a
"MSN/IE has encountered a problem and must close " Then I'm asked if I want
to send an error report which I do, but is there a way to fix this?
This has been going on for quite a while.

Youre actually useing WMP for the video.Try opening WMP,tools, options,
chk the box "connect to the internet" maybe edit other tabs, close out.
