when i boot my computer, it sometimes takes 10 minutes.
most all times, if i only have 2 or 3 programs open,
everything runs really slow. it's a brand new computer
with windows xp prof. i have a pentium 4 processor with
1.8ghz and 256 meg or ram. why does my computer do this?
in comparison, i can run the exact same programs on
another computer which has windows 2000 prof and a lower
processor speed and not encounter any problems. any
thoughts?
